Automation Lanes Problem

In Sonar X2a, when automation lanes are hidden, they can not be selected and edited  with clips. Why? Is there any way to do this.

    I have lots of tracks that have lots of automation envelopes. I simply want to select and move some clips with automation envelopes at the same time.  In short, i want to edit whole arrangement . It is pain to go each track, edit each automation envelope...

    Here is the small screen cap for the problem. When automation lanes are shown, they can selected and moved with clips. But if i hide them, they can not selected and moved.

    Hey Jack I noticed in your first part of your video the automation is affected because the individual automation tracks are selected over on the right of mute/ solo. Also when you close the automation screen you are deseleting the automation lanes and just working with the audio clip. Thats why tou are getting that behavior. Try deselecting the individual automation lanes-they are autoselected-you need to unselect them. Or select only the lanes you wish to work with.
