Your Favorite Winter Songs

The Snows They Melt The Soonest  as performed by Dick Gaughan...another golden voice with a fantastic DADGAD guitar part, I love this old song. It originates from my home town of Newcastle

    Souvenirs - John Prine

I choke back tears every time I listen to this.

Love the John Prine one. I wish I could record guitar that sounds as good as that.

Let's have some smooth snow-related lounge music from Donald Fagen....immaculate production as usual

THIS is one of my favorites.

    Weathercock??  Ahem....

PS:  I am a HUGE Don Fagen fan...but I can't listen to more than 8 bars of Snowbound without skipping to the next track.  El stinko.  Go figure.

Hmm...  Don't have that one (I've got the double CD Melody A.M.).  Might have to check it out sometime.
