Recording Guitar-Rig-effects in realtime

Some time ago, I asked a question concerning controlling guitar rig-effects by a midi-pedal. It was possible when installing a midi track which controlled a second track with guitar rig as synthesizer. Everything is fine, if I play. I change the amount of effects and guitar rig reacts properly. But if I do a record, the midi-datas concerning the effects seem not to be chosen, but the actual position of the midi-pedal. How can I save my recordings, so that the sound I hear, is what I get.
