The WORST movie I have EVER seen

So we decided to get some scary movies for the weekend and just relax

One we picked out I believe not the worst as a recent release but definitely the worst of all my time of watching TV

If you ever pick up "12/12/12"-PUT IT BACK ON THE SHELF

ABSOLUTELY a waste of time and money, not to mention the 12" of snow I had to get off the car to get that thing out of my house    I couldnt return it fast enough

This is the last one that I didn't like.  It was a waste of some good actors and an interesting director--but I found this one to be a snooze fest.

OMG Im busting a gut here.

That 12/12/12 the actors were TERRIBLE - Never seen anything so CHEESY and I mean every actor on it, kinda like there no acting school rubbed off on each other as they filmed it.

There were NO special FX other than an stupid looking devil DOLL  (YES - DOLL) and who ever mixed it must have just learned what an Echo Effect was cause he used the hell out of it in a bad way.  It never fit in or even had a place to use it that actually worked in the movie, but he used the heck out of it like a kid in a candy store.

I can just see Cinema Bapu now...

On a peaceful afternoon, Bapu is sitting in his studio, quietly trying to play a new version of Am, when stealthily, sneakily, slitheringly, stalking so silently, a 398 pound, all muscle, C#dim13aug11min9dim7sus4/6 chord comes up behind him.

    Bapu turns around, and... and...

The lights go out, Bapu screams...

It looks like its the end of Bapu, but somehow, he grabs his ukelulu from off the wall, plays a mangled jangled Bbbm chord (in perfect tune) and the C# etc, etc, etc faints.  His crash is so violent that Bapu loses his footing and falls to the ground.  Recovering, the C# etc, etc, etc goes in for...

Again, it looks like Bapu is finished, but, getting his ukelolo he somehow slips on a capo, and plays a perfect G##m chord, again stunning the C# etc, etc, etc.

Looking at some sheet music, Bapu gets inspired, and he is taking it to the C# etc, etc, etc.  But... for some reason... known only to Bapu, he sees a "da capo al fine" marking and stops playing, and decides to remove the capo, making a bunch of out of tune string noise while doing so.

The C# etc, etc, etc recovers and glancing at Bapu, tries to deliver a blow, but again, Bapu is unexpectedly fortunate.  Picking up his spare ukelili, he wards off the attack, and bashes the C# etc, etc, etc. into a papery pulp.

Taking advantage, Bapu uses the papery pulped C# etc, etc, etc. to write a song on.  The song written on C# etc, etc, etc, becomes such a wanted item, C# etc, etc, etc, makes the FBI's most wanted list, and gets arrested.  Because he is such an evil mangled mangy mess, C# etc, etc, etc, gets sentenced to life in prison, and Bapu, and his studio, are saved.

For taking out the evil C# etc, etc, etc, Bapu is rewarded with a lifetime voucher for all the plugins he ever wants.

There is just one little detail... all the plugins are wrapped in becan, and in Beagle's house.

Bapu thinking to himself, "Hmm, maybe if I sprang C# etc, etc, etc. from jail, perhaps..."

    Yep, great home movie.

Sounds like there could be a 2nd film here...

Nope, we watched the worst movie ever last night, 'UFO' with Jean-Claude Van Damme. I cannot accurately describe how bad this was.

Yeah, I should have listened to my own alarm bells, although he was pretty good in 'Expendables 2'.

His few scenes in 'UFO' appeared to have been shot in his own kitchen, because he didn't seem to actually be in the same room as the other 'actors'.

We almost turned it off after the opening 'everyone dancing in a nightclub' part, which went on for about 20 minutes, for no apparent reason.

..and I've seen better FX in 'Blake's 7'...

The worst movie I ever saw was in the 70s... Love Story. The only movie that ever put me to sleep in the theater. It was really awful. I passed out in a couple of movies but that is different...

The picture even makes me sleepy. Maybe it is true what Al Gore said... that the story was written about him and Tipper.... that would certainly explain it.
Trivia question: Who was Al Gore's college roommate?

We just got a nice Pioneer 64" Projection HDTV two days ago for the wonderful price of $0.00 (some nice wealthy couple had just bought a flat screen and didn't want to deal with the monster).  So my roommates took the truck and trailer over there, picked it up and we all carried it up the steps (a piano would have been easier).  It's WAY better than our old 36", blurry, no-sound, box-of-rocks so we're happy.  So, what does this have to do with what I quoted?  Well, in moving the old TV we found an ancient VCR stored in the back of the stand with a tape still in it.  What was the tape?  Caddyshack naturally.

    There have been so many...

I think I'll go with "The Big Bus".  It was a spoof of tragedy movies before people figured out that a spoof was supposed to be funny.

    I don't think I've seen it more than 8 or 9 times.

Wanna see bad movies? Just join the cult movie network. You can see wonderful titles like "The Alien Invasion of the Rednecks". In some of the scary flicks you can see the fasteners on the back of the monster costumes, a treasure trove of wonderful movies there.
