Calling all Waves plug-in users

Are you able to sidechain in Sonar with Waves plugins? Say for wxample the Vocal Rider or comps etc.
 
I'm not able to. I can sidechain with the PC plug-ins but not Waves or Fabfilter plugs.

    No, sidechain with Waves requires VST3 support. SONAR is not there yet.

    Fabfilter side chain in sonar- you need to use the sc version of the 2 .4 plugs.
