Free upgrade from Sonar X1 to Sonar x2

Free upgrade from Sonar X1 to Sonar x2

HI!! I've registered a copy of sonar X1 some days ago and would like to upgrade for free to Sonar X2 but I can't!!! I put the free upgrade in the basket but when I go to checkout appears a message "Please contact customer service to validate your purchase history" and so I can't download the upgrade.
Do you have any idea to waht I've to do????

    Yes, contact customer service like the message suggested. I was under the impression that the free upgrade to X2 offer expired at the end of last year.

    MMM I've read that the upgrade can be done for copies of sonar x1 sold from august 2012 and (logically) without term!!!

    Starting August 1 through December 31st, when you purchase SONAR X1, you will get SONAR X2 for free once it becomes available. This is a great opportunity to take advantage of all the new features in SONAR X1 without having to worry that a new version is just around corner.

    If you don't mind me asking how much did you pay for X1?



      Anyway the upgrade from X1 Producer to X2 is only $99 and you get lots of quality plugs and features. Also you now have a solid DAW (X1d) and a cutting edge DAW that still needs a couple patches (X2) *EDIT: if you upgrade.
