Sneaky Pete..
Copied from Gizmo...thought it was pretty smart. But while scanning a warzone from miles away is great from a tactical standpoint, unmanned aircraft can be just as useful in the hands of troops on the ground. That's why British soldiers in Afghanistan have been issued several Black Hornet Nanos, a palm-sized UAV that can scout around corners and obstacles for hidden dangers.

I have a friend upstate with one of those RC helicopters that's just a cross shape with a rotor on each point. You can fit a GoPro camera to the bottom which transmits a video feed to a headset. Tremendous fun.

I want one big enough to haul a fish...I sold my boat a few years ago and miss it. Sitting on the bank goes only so far.

I use one in the forums upstairs. Of course, it always seems to detect danger, so I just stay out of 'em.

If I want to recall something that was talked about in and around 2000....still going on..lol. Some of the names have changed but still the same old songs and dance. I'd love to have one that I could fly up there and drop a bomb....the bomb would just mix up all the N:LHO{HHKLJGH{OHHL{OHN:HNI(y-09743n;welrkhngjvcb of their post and someone coulld explain how microsmurf doesn't like cake.

I got one of these for Xmas. It isn't much bigger than that military one. I've piled it so many times that I have stability issues now, the helicopter is a bit wobbly too. Great fun though.

SteveStrummerUK I'm not comfy around you chaps discussing your incredible choppers I shouldn't worry too much, I sometimes have trouble getting mine off the ground, even if I do I normally bump it into something and come crashing back to the ground again seconds later.
