Good times?

Don't go upstairs.

It could be me, but I just don't get it why ppl can be so angry about a tool they use(or not use).

As much as I like Sonar(8.53 that is : ), it's only a tool

    Well Done Alex.

But seriously, I think no less of a Cubase user than I do of a SONAR X1 or 8.5.3 or Pro Tools. If it floats your boat, sail on I say.

Some folks prize their money more than others, and feel robbed when they pay for something that doesn't work the way it's advertised to work.

Then there's people who like to complain.

Unfortunately, I fall in to both categories.

What's that? Is that a an air whistle I hear, and the clickety clack of of big iron on steel rails?

    Oh boy!

    I love trains too.

The problem is, the jig is up, and they guys that are claiming how great the X's are, really don't have a leg to stand on anymore. There's too many really pissed off people out there rearing their heads for this to just be classified as 'trolling' any more.

    Thinking of the old Upstairs/Downstairs:

Downstairs, you can simply be who you are, while Upstairs, there are pretentions, and images to keep up, the high-end snobbery and all that.  One has to interact with all the other high-enders.

Much more relaxed downstairs.  Of course the Downstairs did have to answer to the Upstairs.  It was also the Downstairs that kept the Upstairs running.

OT thought: whatever happend to Jean Marsh (IIRC)?
