Anyone thought about .......

........ blaming Windows instead of Sonar ? IIRC that's something that was suggested a post or so ago.

Seems to me that its maybe the only common thing in all the complainers/fanboi's diatribes.

Bub ?

For discussion, not a critique nor a finger pointer, just a talking point.

BTW, just add oil to the potential fire, X2a works for me on an up to date W7.   (Runs for cover) LOL !

Cheers,
Jerry

Who said anything about Sonar not working in Windows?

    Sonar works fine in Windows.

The problem is the things inside Sonar that are broken that have nothing to do with Windows. Once you have an understanding of what the problem actually is, then maybe we can have a conversation.

Anyone sitting there starting a thread asking if anyone thought about blaming Microsoft for Cakewalks problems, then adds a 'not pointing fingers' disclaimer, then follows up with 'just to add oil to the potential fire' to get one little last jab in, all in the same post, is just trolling.

Let's all take John's advice and just ignore this kind of thread and move along.

Let it fade to Page 2 ... unless you want a repeat of earlier this week.

    Thanks,

    Bub.

hmm... I'm not aware of any other OS that Sonar works on. I really wish someone would create one though.

    Any linux nerds out there?

Bub, oh dear oh dear, hackles up ?

    Mmm no, not trolling.

Not a finger pointer (get your quotes right) was not aimed at you, you're too sensitive !

Whilst there are bugs in Sonar, the most common of the denominators is how everyone has their version of Windows set up, and of course how Sonar reacts with it, bugs or not. What works for some....

But you're right, you've effectively killed the thread, so its closed. Lets blame the bankers.

    Cheers,
    Jerry
