What's the Difference in These 2 Compressors?

Hey,
A few months back I bought the Cakewalk PC-2A Leveling Amplifier.  Now it has been replaced by the CA-2A. What is the difference?  There is a $19.99 cost to "upgrade".
 
Comments?  Opinions?

    1) CA-2A has VST, AU and ProChannel platforms, so you can use it in other hosts.
    2) it has an update to allow sidechaining.

    there may be other updates to the PC version as well, I don't know.  but I bought it for that reason.

    Some have reported that bugs encountered with PC-2A appear to be addressed in CA-2A. Some fairly lengthy threads in the X1/X2 forum about the time the CA-2A was announced.
