MPC groove template for sonar

Does anyone know if any of the stock groove files in cakewalk sonar approximate the groove settings on akai mpc gear? If so, which one would it be, and what would be good settings to get "that sound" in the swing? Thanks!

    you can just import the x-amount of midi ones lifted direct off the MPC's ... floating around on the net that will work on any sequencer.. google is your friend ;-)
