Need some help with Session Drummer 3

I'm using Sonar X2 and using Session Drummer 3.
When I preview a midi pattern, the sample sounds dynamic, loud and clear.  When I drag and drop a midi clip into my project, the output is a lot quieter, and not as crisp.  I cannot hear any of the MIDI data that has a velocity of about 80 or below.  I have to basically increace the velocity to hear it, but then I lose all the dynamics of the track.  I can hear everything in the loop preview, but I cannot hear everything once I import the same midi track.
I have the loop preview and my session drummer output to the same bus.
What should I be looking for?  
Any help is appreciated.

    Its hard to tell exactly what the problem is without knowing anything about the files in question. One possibility may be your preview bus has effects or settings your drum track does not have. Maybe upload the project file.

    Thanks for the response.  
    My session drummer preview and the MIDI track and all tracks are going to the same bus.  No effects on anything.  I don't get it.
    Where and how do I upload my project for others to see and analyze?
