Dimension Pro Listed In PIM But Not Under Insert Soft Synths *SOLVED*

Worng forum but no one's home next door so...
 
1) On my 32 bit XP system using Sonar 8.3 Studio the Plugin Manager shows Dimension Pro but it does NOT show in the Insert Soft Synths dropdown. Why can't I use Dim Pro in 8.3 Studio? The Dim Pro web page lists no such restriction.
 
2) When using Dimension LE in 8.3 and X1d I keep getting a registration window. My store account shows no Registration for Dim LE, only Pro.

Also, Ive made no changes to the system to warrant a registration window from anything.

    Has Dimension Pro ever worked on your system or are you trying to upgrade from LE?

    Is there an option to download Pro in your Cakewalk account?

    Dim LE was installed with Sonar 8.3 STUDIO.
    Dim PRO was installed with Sonar X1 PE.

    On the 32 bit desktop:
     
    Sonar 8.3 - Dim Pro doesn't show up in the Insert list. LE does but always flashes a registration window and will not accept any #s entered there.

    X1 - Dim Pro loads fine. LE is listed but won't load.


    On the 64 bit laptop:
     
    X1 & X2 - Dim Pro loads fine. LE is listed but won't load.


    Q-1: Is it NOT possible to have PRO and LE in the same project?

    Q-2: Will Dim Pro work in Sonar 8 STUDIO? Because it seems not.
