Have you tried writing down what you were there for on a piece of paper? It might help jog your memory after the 20 minutes.

Generally speaking I don't have any problems with G3 and I use it a lot. Great content and their technology seems pretty solid to me.

Maybe a little bit more information?

Groove3 support is pretty good, they have sorted out several issues for people reporting problems here.

    Hi-

I would also suggest contacting Groove 3 to figure out if there is an issue with your account. Their support is great and they should be able to sort out any issues. I have an account as well and haven't seen this behavior.

What browser are you using? Works fine on the latest Firefox. Do you have scriptblockers enabled? If so make sure you "allow" groove3.com (main domain where the videos are hosted) and thawte.com (authentication/encryption site that is likely there to prevent unauthorized access to the vids).

I'm also noticing that the site boots me off every so often and I have to log in again. Some kind of time limit.
