audio and midi settings
can someone help me with the right setting of my -Edit -Preferences of midi and audio on X1.
Im running W7 x32 bits, sonar x1, m-audio profire lightbridge

There are no right or wrong settings. You just need to find the sweet spot for your PC and sonar projects. There are 1,000 of variables that go into things like this.
Try ASIO driver mode and WDM driver modes and see what works best for you. Start with the lowest possible settings for these driver modes and move up until your pc is happy happy happy.
Same goes for your MIDI buffers. If the settings are not working for you, raise them up or lower them.
