HELP! Sonar 7 producer weird error

Hello! Well today i was mixing down a song and im not sure when it occured it may have happened when i noticed a sort or stutter when playing the song, but suddenly all of the knobs in the mixer have a + symbol by them , and all the levels of everything from busses to tracks went to 0.0+ and now you can barely notice that im using the busses, it lessened everything dynamic wise substantially, if someone could please explain what might have occured and what i can do to bring everything back to normal please let me know, thank you!!!

    Apparently you have switched to Offset Mode, probably by pressing the "O" key.  Press the same key again to toggle back to Normal Mode.
