Arming for Record

Hello. This is probably a simple thing but...How do you get Sonar to unarm a previous track when choosing a new track? It's not a big deal but it's one of those quick things to speed up workflow. Thank you.

    If a track is already armed you can select the armed track and the "to be armed track" then hold the ctrl key down and click on record button on one of the selected tracks. That will change both tracks at once from their current state to the alternative.
