Focusrite 18i6 Help

I have a very weird problem with my PC and everything points that my 18i6 is causing the trouble.

I constantly get the Windows 0x0000035 error on my event viewer when the 18i6 is enabled.

If I disable it or uninstall 18i6 the error disappears.

The "symptoms" are:
- Bad latency
- weird drop outs when inserting an effect or change a value/parameter (while no audio is playing)
- when I am bouncing a MIDI track to an audio track, the audio track starts 10-15 seconds later than it should (ie MIDI first kick location 01:01.000 and audio kick 01:12.315)
- I use 18i6 also as my Windows soundcard and it is almost impossible to play streaming videos. Video stops, loosing sound, crackles and so on.

All of these problems disappear if I use a different soundcard.

What I have tried:
Uninstalling/re-installing
Changed USB cables
Changed USB ports

Thank you all in advance
