I thought were posts ages ago saying they'd gone belly-up.

Looks dead to me unless they are in some kind of maintenance mode.

Yep, someone mentioned that they were going to close, a couple of months ago. I've also read reports of people buying stuff and never receiving their order earlier in January.

Last time I heard of them was back in December, for the Harrison Mix Bus No Brainer.

I wouldn't buy from there at the moment. If you get warning signs that things are not how they should be then you need to heed those warnings. I don't think I've used it since they changed to a new website. It wasn't working properly and looked insecure to me.

They are obviously bankrupt.  I am sure it is a difficult time for whoever founded the company.  I've never had a problem with any purchase I made from them throughout the years.

Obviously, from the way the website looks right now, you shouldn't attempt to purchase anything from them.

I can confirm that they are out of business...

I emailed them back in November and asked if they were closing up
and the response was YES.  While they may have the occasional
deal posted, they are no longer, for all intents and purposes, in
    business...

I just purchased IRLive through them 2 weeks ago.
It took a day to get the DL link but everything went as usual.

Do you mean Audio Deluxe Mike?  Because Audio Midi hasn't sold anything for a while...the Harrson MixBuss was
the last deal they had....and will occasionally post another.  But they haven't sold any plugins for awhile...
