directshow error loading w64 files.
Hi. I'm on Sonar X2. I use a laptop with Windows 8 64 bit. And the machine has a 1TB disk and 6GB ram. The processor is a i3.
I have received an external drive with severall recordings. They were done with w64 files (Cubase). I'm asked to mix them. When I try to load these files I receive a directshow 0x80040265 error. Wich tells me they would be corrupt. But since they play back on a cubase machine I don't think so..
I have since then installed two directshow packs. But there is no difference. Anyone solved this? I'd love to hear it.
I can use FOOBAR and convert the files. But since the manual says Sonar is compatible with W64 I'm sort of take by surprise.
