Song- Summer Night

I'm not sure why but a lot of my recent stuff is jazz like. It's what I seem to come up with...I played bass, guitars and harmonicas.

    Cool...
I guess you could call that jazz like, if you wanted to...

whenever I play something totally off the wall, or in the wrong key, I try to look like I meant to do that... and say out loud... "Jazz"...

    I like it...

Nice. I like the clarity and detail of this mix. The guitars are really nice and big... the perc needs some help though. The high-end is there, but I am missing the sound of the snare and kick. There would seem to be no low energy coming through from kick or bass.

The engineering on this is quite good.  The bass came through for me, and maybe not overwhelming, but balanced.  This so reminds me of my garageband from the 70's.

    All the best,

I liked it, although I thought the bass could come through more, or there could be another layer or something.  It seemed a little bit thin but it could just be my speakers.

This one feels a little loose? And U can't really hear the drums? I would go back and play each part with a ticker (metrognome?) and retrack everything. But it sounds more like it was just a jam, so don't do all of that :-)

Is that John Lee Hooker on the harp?

Well, I don't know how you did this ... but it sounds like a live band. Is it?

For me ... it's not so much how 'good' something is, but more how 'realistic' it is.

This sounds 'real' to me and I liked it a lot.

I too am enjoying this. It's more a Delta'esque blues style without the slide. Put a slide in there and it'll be pretty authentic.

    Nice!!!

Sounds a little Doors-esque in some spots. Different.

Nice clear sound..I got an Animals vibe when it started, ditto on the Doors later on. More psychedelic blues than jazz to my ears, buy hey, who cares, it sounds good.
