Pyro Creater 1.5 and the paal file extension

Hello all. I am a newbie here and with audio editing in general. I bought the Pyro Audio Creator via download and after a couple of tough days I seem to understand the basics of it. My only purpose in starting this is to archive and digitize some old albums for personal use. I should tell you I am using a windows 7 x64 OS system and I installed the software in the x86 section. I am really not having any OS problems. What I am having a problem with is the burner portion of the scripts. When I go to add files the *.paal files are all that I can add. I don't have any of those and none of this software seems to save in that format. The image on the sales page clearly shows .wav files in the screenshot. There is an older thread here that never seem to be resolved that at at least mentions .paal files. Also the tagger only seems to work with mp3 files. Is that normal behavior? Thanks in advance to any and all who take the time to read and reply.

I hate to bump my own post but edit does not seem to be an option. I had the 1.5.2 upgrade on my computer but I had not installed it. The upgrade restored the ability to add most any file type to the burner. I haven't checker the tagger part. I wanted to get back and update this before someone spent a lot of time trying to help me.
