Bounce to Track Question

What is the difference between selecting "Entire Mix" or "Main Outputs" when bouncing to a track?  I have always thought they were the same thing, but that isn't the case is it?

    So by bypassing the Master Buss you can avoid any plugins that are on the Master?

    The difference is simple.

    If you export via your entire mix, you will duplicate all outputs that you have set up via 1-2, 3-4 etc

    Just export via main outs you only export via 1-2
