DimPro 1.5 changed some file structure stuff on PCs, and you had to be very careful during the installation.
Double check your readme file for Mac specific details.
On a PC, opening the DimPro program browser and hitting F5 will refresh the browser contents.
You may just need to click on the Mac equivalent.
There are a few Mac users that check in here sometimes, but it may be a bit.

    Hi,

I had issues w/ additional content not showing in Dimension after installing some additional DSF libraries recently. I finally figured how to fix it and maybe it'd help.

Locate the Dimension Pro Content Folder (typically, this would be installed as: Macintosh HD > Library > Audio > Plug-ins.

In that folder, there should be a sub-folder named Programs in which you should see a file named programs.lst (last file in the screen capture below).

Delete that file. It will force Dimension to re-scan the content and your library should (hopefully) show up.

Hmm, that's odd. I don't have any idea right now, but if anything comes up I'll get back to you.

Though if the previous version worked for you, it may be the simplest solution to just go back to it.
