Chrissie Vibrato

I was just listening to the Pretender's Chrissie Hynde singing "Day After Day".  There was something I never noticed before, the vibrato of her voice was perfectly in synch with the tempo!  Do all singers do this and am I only just noticing it now, or is she a bit special?
