A funky little Geronimo Cowboys tune.

We haven't played together in about five years - but I have only posted 6 or 7 of the almost 30 songs we did over the years. Mike wrote this one - sang and played bass - I played guitar. I hope you enjoy DIRTY SNOW.

Love the sounds you guys got on this one. Zappa would be proud.

What guitar are you using on this one?

Funky cool Mark. I like this piece.

I love snow? I remember walking round, head back? Trying to catch it? Some would land in my nose? And I called it?  "nose candy..."

This song  made me want some?

Great stuff Mark. That intro is irresistible. Cool and funky track, perfectly judged sounds and performances. Love that Knopfler-esque lead.

Really Nice!  Zappa-ish.  Love the guitar solos - very expressive and dynamic.  Vocals are just right for this tune.

Hi Mark - Love the simple in your face tones.  The verse simply grabs me and pulls me in straight away.  Your ES335 sound great - nice playing!  Vocal is cool - maybe a shade soft.  Bass tone is nice a bright but could use a touch at the low end maybe and kick is a little soft too.

I'm a total fan of this kind of live playing, sounds, and production.  Good job!

Loved it! Sounded like everyone was having fun in the studio.  I really like Mikes vocal delivery and the tone of the Gibson.

Let me tell you about snow. It's effen heavy! It all seems to land in MY DRIVEWAY! I always have a 5ft iceberg at the end by the street! Did I mention it's heavy? At least there is Ariens.

This is a nice and sneaky bit of tunage!

    Well done!

Well, thanks guys - I think I'm going to see if I can get Mike to do a new tune - maybe post the first new GC tune in five years. Thanks again. Mark

Hi Lynn - thanks. We recorded together for about five years - we did about thirty songs - I've put some of them up. I think over the next few weeks I'll put up a few more. After five years - we're in the middle of recording a new one right now. Thanks.

This song is very cool. Your guitar reminds me of Walter Becker. I love Steely Dan, but it sounds like some of Becker's solo stuff...I love it!

Yeah i definitely got a Zappa vibe from this one too.

Loved the close-up and intimate sounding production as i think it suited the track perfectly.

Lovely guitar work and vocals.  Dug the funky bass too.

Very enjoyable track. Nice work guys.
