Useless to post this link as none of these will make a difference in X2. Our color options have been limited since X1. So none of these will help, but it shows what we USED to be able to do. https://sites.google.com/site/sonartemplates/ If you want cool color customization, check out Panu's mods at http://www.sonarmods.com/forum/index.php Panu is not affiliated with Cakewalk/Sonar and you use the mods at your own risk. So far no one has reported anything damaging, and Panu has gone through the pains of heck to make sure things are backed up and you can just revert at any time. That's the only option you have for X2 right now until the Bakers give us our color customization back. -Danny

I agree with Danny. Sonarmods really improved my Sonar experience. More so than any patch that's been released.

I also agree with the above. Panu (Panup on this forum) has some great mods. His Duckbar is the tool used to load in the different color schemes and he has several cool options; this tool also allows for customization of the colors for Sonar X2. My only advice is to back up your TTSRES100.dll file, make a copy of it and store it safely away. The reason for this is that if you do need to ask Cakewalk support of help on an issue you will need to have a non-modified version of it for them to help. See this sticky thread that Brandon provided for good advice: http://forum.cakewalk.com/tm.aspx?m=2365259 . I love the Duckbar and it has made use of Sonar x2 much better on my aging eyes. Use it for your color schemes. Just backup your ttsres100.dll file to be safe. You will enjoy the Duckbar.

In addition to mods, Duckbar has a feature called "EXE Colors". It allows you to edit up to 365 (!) colors of X2a. By combining mods and EXE Colors you can customize literally everything shown on the screen.

Panu, just a suggestion. You should put a sticky of screenshots of all the mods. It's hard to tell what they are by the name. I for one would like to see how Track Pane and Console View look with each mod applied. You do very nice work and I am in no way complaining. Just suggesting a preview. Thanks for all your hard work.
