Dumb function

Man, this function in Sonar makes me crazy... I just needed to erase a couple of files in a very simple project... So, I hit clean audio folder, under utilities menu, and again I got amazed by a very. veeeeeeeery, stupid function... Even pointing to the project's folder, Sonar searches all my drives and turn back with this:

The following files are unreadable...??? Of course they are! Come on! Why can't Sonar searchs only into the projects folder? Is that such a difficult thing to programing?

just delete the tracks and call it a day,
if your that concerned highlight the whole track and bounce to clips.
then go into the project folder and manualy delete them, I cant believe people still use this function.

Just delete the clips/tracks you want to remove and then resave the project with File > Save As under a new name/folder location. This will "clean" out any files not being used by the project.

You should submit a feature (improvement) request. A feature not recommended for any level of users to use must either be dropped or improved.
I don't believe both Charlie and Scott think their methods are most convenient...

im not sure what your trying to say here ?
so are you saying he should wait around till they approve that feature request ?
if you don't believe our methods are convenient that's okay, but how about offering a solution to his problem ?

I mean...your solution is good as a temporary solution (and thank you for sharing it), but I thought it would be better if the Clean Audio Folder feature could search only the projects folder.
