Alesis Fusion 8HD erroneously changing programs

First of all, I'm NOT inferring this is a SONAR issue, I'm just checking to see if anyone else has had this problem with this particular Alesis product. I've posted on their site as well. My Fusion 8HD constantly, and erroneously changes programs almost every time I hit Start in Sonar. I have to switch the program real quick between the time I hit Start, and when that actual part starts playing. Any Hep? KC
