happy today with American Musical Supply

Just wanted to share a good experience with these guys.  I purchased a new Ibanez mikro bass guitar a little over a week ago.  I used it on my new song "Bumble Bee" which many of you heard.  The tone pot was defective and I was not really liking the pearl white color I ordered.  The matched the lowest price I found, no tax, no shipping, and they add 1 more year to the warranty.  They also have a 45 day money back return policy.

So today, I called them and they are shipping out today a new base (blue in color) and paying for all the shipping and return shipping on the bass I have.  No hassles, no problems, and great service.  I don't usually post something like this but I wanted to share how well they took care of my problems even on a very inexpensive instrument.

I live in California so if they can ship out of Reno (instead of New York), I should have the new bass in two days.  I don't always shop with the same vendor everytime but for this purchase, I could not be more pleased and I am really liking that bass!

Good customer service is very important and is so sadly lacking from many companies these days.

Good to hear that they took great care of you on this deal.
