FunkLoop when you delete 1 wave file in a sequence of overlapping wavefiles then multiple wave files got deleted It only deletes the clips that you select. Try zooming in horizontally to make it easier to click on a part of the unwanted clip that doesn't overlap with any others.

highly annoying, can anyone try to recreate this bug I see water burning every time this happens the work-around is to cut the clip (still have an acceptable relation with the program, just had some productive days with SONAR )

Linked clips, maybe?? Have you tried dragging a clip on the next track and deleting it there? This confuses me a little: "the work-around is to cut the clip" I understood you have 16 separate audio clips with a 16th note in each, or...?? So are you editing an audio clip or trying to delete an audio clip?
SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre - Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc. The benefit of being a middle aged amateur is the low number of years of frustration ahead of you.

- start with a very short audio clip at 1:0:0
- copy-drag it to 2/16, 3/16, ... , 16/16
now delete one and see it becomes a mess work around is not to delete it but to cut it (so it is gone too)

Ok. That's how I originally understood it. I try to find time to test that. It's not about linking, then, I guess...

Maybe it has to do with linking. I do not know cause I am not aware of linking clips.

yes I tried, must admit I do not know what happened, but I can tell you: right know that seems to be a bug too as it doesn't work. Clips got individual gain envelopes (doing some drum-editing (without the step-sequencer (what is it doing in Sonar)))

The bug only comes up when you have clip gain envelopes it seems The bug with the layers also come up when you have clip gain envelopes edit: strange, in my current project I can recreate the bug for a new track, only in the old tracks the bugs pops up
