Arp fail - please help!

My midi channel (not plugin) arpeggiator has stopped working completely.  I've tried different synths, messed with all the controls, but nothing.  I've used the arp a lot in the past, so I don't believe I'm missing anything obvious, though I could be wrong.

Has ANYONE had this issue?  Does anyone have any suggestions, even simple ones?  I searched the forum and there's nothing on this, so I feel I may be screwing something up.

Using W8, X2a, brand new high-spec ADK machine.  This appears to be recent as I'm almost certain it worked a couple of weeks ago.

Thanks in advance.

Stuff.

When you bounce a MIDI clip on the track with the arp switched on, does the resultant clip contain the arped notes?

Oh, no, not ARP! I'm a Network Engineer as well; and this was odd to see the use of 'arp' in a DAW forum. heh
