2 short game songs

I wrote these 2 songs in the last week for a game contest. For the contest requested a few different styles of music and for the most part I already had music that fit, but there were 2 that I didn't have. They want a song that sounds like ethnic music and a futuristic theme. I wish I had more time to write these and I feel these really aren't my best works, but the deadline is the end of the month. Anyway, feel free to comment/criticize. Thanks

    They both sound good. I'm not 100% sure what you were aiming for as a target musically speaking.  

    the first sounded like some cool jazz based stuff... kinda...

    The second with the drones sounded middle eastern or indian but them appeared to have western scales.... so I don;t know if that was as ethnic as they or you might have wanted.

    Thanks, the first I just wanted wanted to sound somewhat futuristic. The 2nd I wanted to sound Indian, but I didn't want to use the harmonic minor scale. I thought it would be too cliche and also I wanted something that was bright and upbeat. As a side note the major scale is a part of Indian music and can often be heard in traditional music.

    Well, I was not too keen on Hoverboard. The guitar does not work for a game (at least of the type I play) but might work well for an Aircraft Demo Video. Those guys seem to love the "top gun" guitar sound. I quite enjoyed the second track, Ethnic Game. But again, not suitable for a game (in this form at least- IMO).
