Just an idea - he mentioned that he'd gone a day w/o smoking recently... FWIW, when I quit smoking a while back, I systematically avoided certain things, like sitting in front of the computer for too long. He may simply be changing his routine for a while.
Hopefully, he's alright.

Well - I'm not sure, but could "jonboy" be "bigboy"? See the post at the bottom: http://www.steinberg.net/....php?f=175&t=36556 The user "bigboy" has said he used (uses) Sonar X2, but has "jumped" to Cubase 7... Just an idea - I'm far from sure of course...

IIRC, Jon posted a thread about typical forum behaviors. I have no issues with Jon and others. One of the reasons may be that issues remain in regards to some users who stir up the flames and/or making these forums unwelcoming. And Moderator actions may not agree with everyone. Yet still those freaking Kitchens adverts plague these forums like a disease. And yeah, did anyone forget to mention that this forum software sucks! The other reason may be; when there is work to be done in the studio or other chores, too much time is spent on these forums. Participating on these forums can be somewhat like a kinky weird addiction for some people here, caught up in the Matrix like freakish Drones they can't seem to get away and spend more time with family for example. And if necessary will even go without food and water for days on end just to be here on these forums. LOL!! .
