Opening X2 Project - All My Plugin Windows Pop Up!

When opening my Sonar X2 project files, all of the plugin windows I've used for that project pop up, and I have to close them in order to access the track/console views. Even if I save the project with the windows closed, they all pop up open when I re-open it. I thought this issue was taken care of when X1 was released. Am I missing something?

    Could be locked screensets and it's not really saving?
