im confused, you downloaded the x2 video but you know XP is not supported by x2 right ?
your not running x2 on xp right?

you might need to have WinRAR installed to extract the files if that's what you mean.
I wasn't aware that video needed to be extracted.

you got this from the store?

    Windows 8.1 X64 Sonar Platinum x64
    Custom built: Asrock z97 1150 - Intel I7 4790k - 16GB corsair DDR3 1600 - PNY SSD 220GB
Focusrite Saffire 18I8 - Mackie Control

Hi there. Not many I'm afraid. Did you get it from the SWA site or the CW store? I'm guessing that whatever it is zipped with is possibly incompatible with XP or perhaps most likely you need to install something capable of extracting it. Although I'm the author I have little to do with the distribution so I'm pretty much in the dark.

Have you tried installing jzip -It's free and decompresses just about anything.

If that doesn't work, let me know and I'll see if I can find out if there's some reason that it won't work on XP although I'm not aware of any.

I have heard that downloads from the cake store sometimes corrupt if downloaded with certain browsers IE, I think. Perhaps that's the reason. Let me know if jzip doesn't work out for you and I'll see if I can contact someone for more help.

    Thanks for the support BTW.
