Sonar Producer 5 - Problem installing Dimension LE?

I have been using Sonar Producer 5 for a few years, mainly using external modules.  I recently tried to install Dimension LE (as its not there in soft syths).. It goes thru the instal process, comes up in the list but wont open and says its has a problem?..Other things work like Cakewallk TT1.
Options>Global> does not have a VST Folder TAB?  +  running the Wizard etc does not find it ?  does anyone know if it CAN load? is there something I'm doing wrong ? or
any suggestions from more experienced people would be helpful ?
I have heard the sounds are good so I want to work with them.

    What version of Windows and is it 32 or 64-bit?

    Make sure your Sonar is set to scan c:\program files\cakewalk\vstplugins and run a VST scan. You should have a Dimension Pro folder that contains the .DLL file for Dimension.
