No playback during recording, only after?

No playback during recording, only after?

Maybe I'm just dumb. Is there an option to turn on playback while recording. When I record my guitar it works fine playsback aftwards just not durring :|

    Depending on your interface, you may have a few options here. Many allow direct monitoring of the input.
    Or you can turn on Input Echo. Reasonably low latency is essential for this.
    I use amp sims a lot, so Input Echo must be turned on to hear the effect of the amp.
    This works fine with my sound card, but if you are using the stock sound card, it may be difficult to get good results with this method.

    Turn on INPUT ECHO.
