I use the OneKnob Louder plug sometimes, which was free a while ago.

It's OK in some situations but not fantastic. Don't know about the others.

    Hi Paul,

To me, all the one knob stuff is horrible. But that's because of the engineering I do. There is no such thing as "one knob" in my realm. I need power, controls, options, good choices that allow for good decisions. I just don't get that out of these. They are trying to make the engineering field cookie cutter easy while leaving out important elements. There's only "one knob" in my arsenal that's worth anything...and it's not made by Waves. :)

Personally, I say stay away from these plugs. The ones you have in Sonar obliterate them and give you way more options and power....but that's just me.

sometimes I love the nob. Like the over drive nob thing that sonar has. It depends.

But I do know how to use compression and eq.

I'm pretty comfortable making some adjustments myself.

Now, if it were something for somebody else and I didn't give a rip, I might just throw some of those nobs on and bounce and burn.

I make some videos. This one shows how to do a physical loopback on the RME UCX to get many more equalizer nodes.
