Time for new Soundcard/mixer/interface

My old alesis multimix firewire 8 is starting to fade. I've had it for about 6 or 7 years and it's on constantly as I use it for my sound card. I want to move to a USB connection and I see 3 that seem to be comparable (to my old alesis) choices:
  1. Alesis MultiMix 8 USB FX
  2. Allen & Heath ZED-10FX
  3. Behringer Xenyx X1204USB
Yes the alesis was a pain to set up, but once I got it it's been just fine.

I know I will get responses outside of this but this is the criteria for my needs
  1. I want all 3 in the same unit,  Soundcard/mixer/interface. I do not want to deal with multiple devices. My needs are simple
  2. $100-300 range
  3. I do not need more than 8 channels
  4. The easiest integration with Sonar XI Producer

If anyone has any other suggestions for a unit that I missed, please respond. If anyone has had any experience (good or bad) in using one  of these units with sonar, please respond.

Thanks

Definitely go with USB. Firewire is all but dead.

treemike -there are various discussions on this in the Hardware section of the forum.

Two internal 2TB SSDs laptop stuffed with Larry's deals and awesome tools. Studio One is the cat's meow as a DAW now that I've migrated off of Sonar. Using BandLab Cakewalk just to grab old files when migrating songs.
