Arts Acoustic Reverb - anyone use this?

Hi All
I've had Arts Acoustic Reverb for some years but had basically stopped using it as they had not gone 64 bit - well they have now so I downloaded and installed, but every time I go to load (so I can authorise with the new serial number) it crashes Sonar. I'm using X1 64 bit (all patches) 64 bit windows - anyone else use this and tried the upgrade??

    Thanks for this - no I hadn't heard  -I did write to Arts Acoustic but had not had a reply so far and I had been really busy so had just left it for the time being - shall await the new update
