Control Surfaces

Hey im trying to sync a motorized control surface to sonar X2 .. the problem is not trying to to sync the problem is getting the motorized fader to work ... it does not respond when i move the faders on the pc .. the faders on the hardware does not respond cna some one help with this .... ivr tried everything

    How did you set it up inside Sonar? Please explain your control surface settings in Sonar and What John said of course.

    If the faders on the unit don't move when you move them in Sonar that is a MIDI out issue. Check preferences---->MIDI----Control Surfaces and make sure the output is set correctly.

    That's a starting point but more info such as controller type etc will help us help you.
