I believe the IKM has missed it too. They worried too much about the stuff that most of their dedicated users were saying didn't matter. Even if ST3 comes out this year, it is waaaaaayyyyy to late. In the software business, you can't take years to put out an upgrade. That's not how it works nowadays. People have moved on and you've lost your way...that's unfortunate.

I mean look at all the criticism that Apple has faced lately because they haven't come out with anything "innovative" in like.........a year! Like it or not, that is the new environment we live in.

You play in this field, you've got to keep it moving. ST3 got put on the back burner even though your customers were screaming for an update. You didn't care, thought that dangling the classic IK carrot out there (just wait till you see what we have coming) was enough. Well, I think IK will be sorely disappointed when the sales of ST3 don't even come close to the cost of several years of development. When that happens, just hold up a mirror if you want to see why.

I own tons of IK products too but I have no interest in moving forward with them...not when I see that customer feedback really means nothing to them. Maybe if they were a publicly held company, they'd be forced to be more focused...both on customers and products.
