audioeffects (735) error help! question about maximum plug-in count limit

i had a message error "audioeffects (735)" while opening a project.

i made a research on it and found this:

The current limits for how many plug-ins can fit in the menu are: 
735 audio plug-ins 
255 synths 
31 rewire devices


but i have only around:
DX: 62         46 Excluded
VST: 550      12 Excluded
DXi: 15          7
VSTi: 149       0
MFX: 8
DMO: 9
Control Surfaces: 18

Does "Excluded" counts?
and why i didnt even reach 735 Vst and still have the AudioEffects735 error?  a bug?
is there a way to fix that? ty

Well some think its a bug I don't think it is. Its a limitation on the number of plugins that can be displayed in a Sonar menu.  The way I understand it is its really a Windows limit. 

I would find what I don't use and delete it. I'm sure that you can find quite a few that you really never use. 

yeah but i have just 550 vst? how can u explain this?
