PROBLEM WHEN EXPORTING AUDIO TO MP3

Hi guys, I need help! I have problem when exporting my project to MP3. When done, I hear sounds like vibrato or tremolo when listening to mp3 project. Sound is really bad and also the quality. Do you know any solution for this or how to fix it? Sound is clear when I'm using WAV for export. I'm using SONAR X2 Essential. My audio interface is ROLAND TRI-CAPTURE. Please help! Thanks

    Make sure the MP3 bitrate is 320 to 192. The higher the MP3 bitrate, the better quality you will get.
