UA-25EX Cakewalk/Edirol iPad Question.

Hi There

Trying to get my Cakewalk UA-25EX to work on my iPad4 using the Auria Recording App to no avail.

I'm pretty much using everything I'm meant to (Apple USB-Lighting Camera Kit + Powered Hub) still nothing. I've even tried the two driver settings on the back of the unit UA-25EX. My powered hub and camera kit definitely work as I'm typing this now in Safari on the iPad using a USB keyboard.

Although Auria lists the UA-25EX as a working interface for its App using iPads 1-4, it does so in relation to the Edirol version of the UA-25EX and not the Cakewalk. Therefore, I'm thinking this may be the problem?

I seem to recall the same incompatibility issue happening to me when I tried to run Pro Tools 9 using my Cakewalk UA-25EX when the Air Users Blog listed the Edirol version as the one tested to work.

Are the Edirol and Cakewalk versions different? I thought they were the same product with the Cakewalk version merely being  re-badged to Edirol? I may have been somewhat naive to assume this mind you. It would be handy to know this prior to contacting the Auria App developer who state that any class 2 compliant USB interface will work. Is the Cakewalk version of the UA-25EX USB class 2 compliant?

Any info or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
