Thanks The Band19  The drum part gets a little wild in places and does sound like an anomally. One problem I seem to be having is killing the verb at the silent sections. Isn't there a way to kill reverb tails after a split?

Herb- Thanks for listening and your comments.

wild song. I agree, I too thought I have heard the guitars and the drums somehow do not appear to be in snych. but what the heck. what I do like is that the vocals sound a bit like Ben Orr (the Cars), although I strongly believe this was not intended ;-)

Very intense and the mix is very muddy, but that could be what metalcore, hardcore is all about. Definitely needs for the vocal to come up front in the mix and maybe do some panning on the other instrumentation. This is not my genre so I don't know what you are looking for, maybe you nailed it.

    automate the plug

just about everything can be automated and depending on the plug.... you should be able to control the parameters with a simple envelope linked to that controller.

     Thanks for your comments.

I rearranged the drum part so that now it sounds more like a real drummer. Edited the silent sections to remove the reverb tails.

I'll get back here to listen to some more of your songs. Today I forgot my monitoring gear so I can't hear anything. Looks like the songs forum is hopping.

Guitarhacker- That was not a reference to Reaper the recording program lol.

Super raw energy.  It's so different from what I've heard from you that I find it irresistible.  Yeah, the mix could be tweaked, and some things cleaned up, but this could also stand on its own if placed between the right songs.  I like artists that grow and change.  I'll be listening to this several more times.  Well done.

    Starise,

Good song, I agree the mix is a bit muddy but nothing a few tweaks here and there couldn't clean up.  Very high energy.  Good stuff.
