DSP FX 32-Bit Effects use with Sonar X2?????

Does the old DSPFX 32- bit effects work (compatibly) with Sonar X2 at 64 bit?
Is anyone using them?
Is there anything special you have to do to load the 32-bit effect in?

32bit DX plugins will only work in 64bit SONAR if you wrap them in a DX to VST wrapper like DXShell. Then the wrapped plugin can load via bridging software like BitBridge and JBridge. Even that is no guarantee of trouble free performance. And, of course, old projects will not recognize the plugins, so they will have to be reloaded into the projects.

You can also install SONAR 32-bit (even if you have the 64-bit version installed) and use that to run 32-bit plugs reliably.
