Platinum Samples twaddle Cheers for the quick response Rail. Do you have a link for it as I don't see it on your site ? Cheers Steve Hi Steve there's no page for this on our site because it's only available as this freebie... You can check out the page for the Rock Legends Kit 1 and 2 which are the same kit with different mix presets (less roomy, different EQ, different Compression) The only other difference between this kit is that the Crash 1 Cymbal is a Zildjian A Custom series Med. Crash If you have BFD2 or BFD Eco the Rock Legends quickpack has a similar preset named "Big Sound"... although this has slightly more additional processing. Cheers, Rail I'm still confused. Yes I have BFD2 & Eco and Sonar, if it's not available from your site where are people downloading it from ? Someone ? Was it an email give away from cakewalk ? I almost never receive emails from cakewalk despite being registered for 14 years now so it's no surprise if I've not received it. Having BFD2 I might not use it in session drummer in anger but I'd still like to hear it none the less. Steve Does anyone one here who downloaded it have a link ?

If I compare the number of downloads to the emails and posts about corrupt downloads.. it appears that there is a very low percentage of corrupt downloads... But we are taking care of folks who are having issues immediately. Thanks again. Rail

The product support and customer service I got from Platinum Samples today was second-to-none: prompt and responsive support on a Sunday evening, for a product that was given away for free -- totally exceeded my expectations!!!! Thank you Rail -- you rock, and the sound of these Platinum Samples kits really kicks ass! I am a completely satisfied user!

Where are people downloading this from? There is no link at the site, there's nothing in my account other than the .rtf file with the login link, and I haven't received any e-mail from Cakewalk about this. Can someone provide a link or explain to me where I can find it?

Dude Ivey I've downloaded 4 times with IE9 with no luck. I'll send email and serial # tomorrow. I changed the download methodology I was using... so give it a try again... This method should be more reliable (and easier on the server). This is the same method we use for the paid SD3 kits. Cheers, Rail

I had no problem downloading - had a brief problem unzipping. At first, I clicked on the *.exe file before unzipping the files. I got error messages. I unzipped everything - clicked on the *.exe and it worked flawlessly. Great Freebie!
