Dimension Le Element/Effects issues...

Am I missing something?  I know Dimension Le is a drastically scaled down version of the Pro application, but according to the product description, each patch can have up to 4 elements.  When editing to create a custom patch.., my copy of Le WILL NOT allow me more than ONE element.  Also.., the Chorus and Reverb effects don't even work.  I activate them.., adjust settings and NOTHING.

I have the latest software update for it as well.
